All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in the United States and China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed same day or within 1-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Once you place your order, please allow 1-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 7 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.

When possible, multiple items will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.

* France: we can ship to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. Our free shipping currently doesn't apply to overseas territories including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

** United Kingdom: we can ship to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

*** United States: we can ship to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States.

Need to ship to countries not supported by our Free Shipping? Not a problem. We use multiple shipping services and cover every single country around the world! Just go to checkout and the shipping price will be automatically calculated for you.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return or replacement is approved.

Please see our Returns Policy for more. All returns must be in original condition with original packaging.

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
