Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (except if you didn't receive your order) .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you've changed your mind about an order you've just made, you can request that it's canceled within an hour of your purchase as long as the warehouse hasn't dispatched it yet, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After an hour orders can't be cancelled.
If our warehouse has already shipped your item, we won't be able to cancel your order – but once you receive your item you can start a return request (if applicable).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If Your item isn't in his original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our error only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
If your purchase is lost by USPS, we cannot provide a refund.
In the case that your shipment is lost you are responsible to file the claim with usps. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected, if you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.
We are also not responsible to weather related damage or delays. Once package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order, we will not be responsible and refund for incorrect addresses. You can contact us immediately to let us know the new address and see if we can still change it.
International orders: we are not responsible for any customs fees or shippers fees you will incur or for delays because of customs. We can not change the value of the product shipped. We have no way of knowing if you will incur a customs fee or not. If you do we are not responsible and you will not be reimbursed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
